23：6亚希米勒的儿子亚比亚他逃到基伊拉见大卫的时候，手里拿着以弗得。
And　it　came　to　pass；　when　Abiathar　the　son　of　Ahimelech　fled　to　David　to　Keilah；　that　he　came　down　with　an　ephod　in　his　hand。
23：7有人告诉扫罗说，大卫到了基伊拉。扫罗说，他进了有门有闩的城，困闭在里头。这是神将他交在我手里了。
And　it　was　told　Saul　that　David　was　e　to　Keilah。　And　Saul　said；　God　hath　delivered　him　into　mine　hand；　for　he　is　shut　in；　by　entering　into　a　town　that　hath　gates　and　bars。
23：8于是扫罗招聚众民，要下去攻打基伊拉城，围困大卫和跟随他的人。
And　Saul　called　all　the　people　together　to　war；　to　go　down　to　Keilah；　to　besiege　David　and　his　men。
23：9大卫知道扫罗设计谋害他，就对祭司亚比亚他说，将以弗得拿过来。
And　David　knew　that　Saul　secretly　practised　mischief　against　him；　and　he　said　to　Abiathar　the　priest；　Bring　hither　the　ephod。
23：10大卫祷告说，耶和华以色列的神阿，你仆人听真了扫罗要往基伊拉来，为我的缘故灭城。
Then　said　David；　O　LORD　God　of　Israel；　thy　servant　hath　certainly　heard　that　Saul　seeketh　to　e　to　Keilah；　to　destroy　the　city　for　my　sake。
23：11基伊拉人将我交在扫罗手里不交。扫罗照着你仆人所听的话下来不下来。耶和华以色列的神阿，求你指示仆人。耶和华说，扫罗必下来。
Will　the　men　of　Keilah　deliver　me　up　into　his　hand？　will　Saul　e　down；　as　thy　servant　hath　heard？　O　LORD　God　of　Israel；　I　beseech　thee；　tell　thy　servant。　And　the　LORD　said；　He　will　e　down。
23：12大卫又说，基伊拉人将我和跟随我的人交在扫罗手里不交。耶和华说，必交出来。
Then　said　David；　Will　the　men　of　Keilah　deliver　me　and　my　men　into　the　hand　of　Saul？　And　the　LORD　said；　They　will　deliver　thee　up。
23：13大卫和跟随他的约有六百人，就起身出了基伊拉，往他们所能往的地方去。有人告诉扫罗，大卫离开基伊拉逃走。于是扫罗不出来了。
Then　David　and　his　men；　which　were　about　six　hundred；　arose　and　departed　out　of　Keilah；　and　went　whithersoever　they　could　go。　And　it　was　told　Saul　that　David　was　escaped　from　Keilah；　and　he　forbare　to　go　forth。
23：14大卫住在旷野的山寨里，常在西弗旷野的山地。扫罗天天寻索大卫，神却不将大卫交在他手里。
And　David　abode　in　the　wilderness　in　strong　holds；　and　remained　in　a　mountain　in　the　wilderness　of　Ziph。　And　Saul　sought　him　every　day；　but　God　delivered　him　not　into　his　hand。
23：15大卫知道扫罗出来寻索他的命。那时，他住在西弗旷野的树林里。
And　David　saw　that　Saul　was　e　out　to　seek　his　life：　and　David　was　in　the　wilderness　of　Ziph　in　a　wood。
23：16扫罗的儿子约拿单起身，往那树林里去见大卫，使他倚靠神得以坚固，
And　Jonathan　Saul's　son　arose；　and　went　to　David　into　the　wood；　and　strengthened　his　hand　in　God。
23：17对他说，不要惧怕。我父扫罗的手必不加害于你。你必作以色列的王，我也作你的宰相。这事我父扫罗知道了。
And　he　said　unto　him；　Fear　not：　for　the　hand　of　Saul　my　father　shall　not　find　thee；　and　thou　shalt　be　king　over　Israel；　and　I　shall　be　next　unto　thee；　and　that　also　Saul　my　father　knoweth。
23：18于是二人在耶和华面前立约。大卫仍住在树林里，约拿单回家去了。
And　they　two　made　a　covenant　before　the　LORD：　and　David　abode　in　the　wood；　and　Jonathan　went　to　his　house。
23：19西弗人上到基比亚见扫罗，说，大卫不是在我们那里的树林里山寨中，旷野南边的哈基拉山藏着吗。
Then　came　up　the　Ziphites　to　Saul　to　Gibeah；　saying；　Doth　not　David　hide　himself　with　us　in　strong　holds　in　the　wood；　in　the　hill　of　Hachilah；　which　is　on　the　south　of　Jeshimon？
23：20王阿，请你随你的心愿下来，我们必亲自将他交在王的手里。
Now　therefore；　O　king；　e　down　according　to　all　the　desire　of　thy　soul　to　e　down；　and　our　part　shall　be　to　deliver　him　into　the　king's　hand。
23：21扫罗说，愿耶和华赐福与你们，因你们顾恤我。
And　Saul　said；　Blessed　be　ye　of　the　LORD；　for　ye　have　passion　on　me。
23：22请你们回去，再确实查明他的住处和行踪，是谁看见他在那里，因为我听见人说他甚狡猾。
Go；　I　pray　you；　prepare　yet；　and　know　and　see　his　place　where　his　haunt　is；　and　who　hath　seen　him　there：　for　it　is　told　me　that　he　dealeth　very　subtilly。
23：23所以要看准他藏匿的地方，回来据实地告诉我，我就与你们同去。他若在犹大的境内，我必从千门万户中搜出他来。
See　therefore；　and　take　knowledge　of　all　the　lurking　places　where　he　hideth　himself；　and　e　ye　again　to　me　with　the　certainty；　and　I　will　go　with　you：　and　it　shall　e　to　pass；　if　he　be　in　the　land；　that　I　will　search　him　out　throughout　all　the　thousands　of　Judah。
23：24西弗人就起身，在扫罗以先往西弗去。大卫和跟随他的人却在玛云旷野南边的亚拉巴。
And　they　arose；　and　went　to　Ziph　before　Saul：　but　David　and　his　men　were　in　the　wilderness　of　Maon；　in　the　plain　on　the　south　of　Jeshimon。
23：25扫罗和跟随他的人去寻梢大卫。有人告诉大卫，他就下到磐石，住在玛云的旷野。扫罗听见，便在玛云的旷野追赶大卫。
Saul　also　and　his　men　went　to　seek　him。　And　they　told　David：　wherefore　he　came　down　into　a　rock；　and　abode　in　the　wilderness　of　Maon。　And　when　Saul　heard　that；　he　pursued　after　David　in　the　wilderness　of　Maon。
23：26扫罗在山这边走，大卫和跟随他的人在山那边走。大卫急忙躲避扫罗。因为扫罗和跟随他的人，四面围住大卫和跟随他的人，要拿获他们。
And　Saul　went　on　this　side　of　the　mountain；　and　David　and　his　men　on　that　side　of　the　mountain：　and　David　made　haste　to　get　away　for　fear　of　Saul；　for　Saul　and　his　men　passed　David　and　his　men　round　about　to　take　them。
23：27忽有使者来报告扫罗说，非利士人犯境抢掠，请王快快回去。
But　there　came　a　messenger　unto　Saul；　saying；　Haste　thee；　and　e；　for　the　Philistines　have　invaded　the　land。
23：28于是扫罗不追赶大卫，回去攻打非利士人。因此那地方名叫西拉哈玛希罗结。
Wherefore　Saul　returned　from　pursuing　after　David；　and　went　against　the　Philistines：　therefore　they　called　that　place　Selahammahlekoth。
23：29大卫从那里上去，住在隐基底的山寨里。
And　David　went　up　from　thence；　and　dwelt　in　strong　holds　at　Engedi。

24：1扫罗追赶非利士人回来，有人告诉他说，大卫在隐基底的旷野。
And　it　came　to　pass；　when　Saul　was　returned　from　following　the　Philistines；　that　it　was　told　him；　saying；　Behold；　David　is　in　the　wilderness　of　Engedi。
24：2扫罗就从以色列人中挑选三千精兵，率领他们往野羊的磐石去，寻索大卫和跟随他的人。
Then　Saul　took　three　thousand　chosen　men　out　of　all　Israel；　and　went　to　seek　David　and　his　men　upon　the　rocks　of　the　wild　goats。
24：3到了路旁的羊圈，在那里有洞，扫罗进去大解。大卫和跟随他的人正藏在洞里的深处。
And　he　came　to　the　sheepcotes　by　the　way；　where　was　a　cave；　and　Saul　went　in　to　cover　his　feet：　and　David　and　his　men　remained　in　the　sides　of　the　cave。
24：4跟随的人对大卫说，耶和华曾应许你说，我要将你的仇敌交在你手里，你可以任意待他。如今时候到了。大卫就起来，悄悄地割下扫罗外袍的衣襟。
And　the　men　of　David　said　unto　him；　Behold　the　day　of　which　the　LORD　said　unto　thee；　Behold；　I　will　deliver　thine　enemy　into　thine　hand；　that　thou　mayest　do　to　him　as　it　shall　seem　good　unto　thee。　Then　David　arose；　and　cut　off　the　skirt　of　Saul's　robe　privily。
24：5随后大卫心中自责，因为割下扫罗的衣襟。
And　it　came　to　pass　afterward；　that　David's　heart　smote　him；　because　he　had　cut　off　Saul's　skirt。
24：6对跟随他的人说，我的主乃是耶和华的受膏者，我在耶和华面前万不敢伸手害他，因他是耶和华的受膏者。
And　he　said　unto　his　men；　The　LORD　forbid　that　I　should　do　this　thing　unto　my　master；　the　LORD's　anointed；　to　stretch　forth　mine　hand　against　him；　seeing　he　is　the　anointed　of　the　LORD。
24：7大卫用这话拦住跟随他的人，不容他们起来害扫罗。扫罗起来，从洞里出去行路。
So　David　stayed　his　servants　with　these　words；　and　suffered　them　not　to　rise　against　Saul。　But　Saul　rose　up　out　of　the　cave；　and　went　on　his　way。
24：8随后大卫也起来，从洞里出去，呼叫扫罗说，我主，我王。扫罗回头观看，大卫就屈身，脸伏于地下拜。
David　also　arose　afterward；　and　went　out　of　the　cave；　and　cried　after　Saul；　saying；　My　lord　the　king。　And　when　Saul　looked　behind　him；　David　stooped　with　his　face　to　the　earth；　and　bowed　himself。
24：9大卫对扫罗说，你为何听信人的谗言，说大卫想要害你呢。
And　David　said　to　Saul；　Wherefore　hearest　thou　men's　words；　saying；　Behold；　David　seeketh　thy　hurt？
24：10今日你亲眼看见在洞中，耶和华将你交在我手里。有人叫我杀你，我却爱惜你，说，我不敢伸手害我的主，因为他是耶和华的受膏者。
Behold；　this　day　thine　eyes　have　seen　how　that　the　LORD　had　delivered　thee　to　day　into　mine　hand　in　the　cave：　and　some　bade　me　kill　thee：　but　mine　eye　spared　thee；　and　I　said；　I　will　not　put　forth　mine　hand　against　my　lord；　for　he　is　the　LORD's　anointed。
24：11我父阿，看看你外袍的衣襟在我手中。我割下你的衣襟，没有
