useful　　　also　　　to　　　remind　　　them　　　that　　　the　　　state　　　on　　　her　　　side　　　is　　　quite　　　willing　　　to

she　may　not　have　to　look　about　for　cavalry；　but　have　a　thoroughly　efficient
