game　　　in　　　the　　　Elkhorn；　　　while　　　Shorty　　　was　　　equally　　　bent　　　on　　　travelling　　　trail。　

At　last　Smoke　put　his　foot　down　when　a　stampede　was　proposed　for　two　

hundred　miles　down　the　Yukon。
